Well, I suppose Hans Zimmer MIGHT be a step up from Horner's phoned-in garbage score from last time, but Zimmer has proven in the last few years that he isn't above phoning it in himself. But I'll give you this. The score could count for something in this.music,
still stand a chance?
This. Let's wait for the trailer to be a massive shit before we start judging. ;pOriginally Posted by brandonh83

Like someone else said, it's 6 months away. I remember how weak some of the ASM1 stuff that came out early on looked in comparison final product. End of the day it they don't matter much to the end result.Originally Posted by Scullibundo

High school is weird in general, didn't you ever have awkward moments where you were forced into social situations with exes?So this guy's two exes and actually girlfriend hang around and working together to get him a haircut ... comic books are weird.
Besides, they don't hate him because they all know he's a hero even if they broke up.

And while Parker promised to keep Gwen Stacy (Emma Stone) out of his masked lifestyle, he's also "madly, crazily in love with her," says the director. "She plays a crucial, terrifyingly pivotal role in the film."
"Our story deals a lot in choice," Garfield says. "The power that you attain as a human being, it is your choice about what to do with it. And what's great about Spider-Man is he went from having no power, and the idea that absolute power corrupts absolutely, that is an incredibly rich idea to explore."

Yeah I don't get the problem, Spiderman is very much a sarcastic, humorous character. Can be anyway. I don't see how that picture says anything about this movie compared to Spiderman 3.Originally Posted by Rorschach

In my mind Peter's transition into Spider-Man comes in three parts:
-death of uncle Ben which fills him with regret, instills in him responsibility.
-death of Gwen which slaps him out of his feeling of invincibility as cocky SM.
-love of MJ which reminds him he still has something to offer as just Peter Parker.
Webb did ok with the first bit, and we're now in the flamboyantly confident SM phase that ASM1 set up. That's what ASM2 will be all about I assume, snapping him out of it in a sense.
Webb has a lot to live up to here, if Gwen really does die. Not exactly something SM fans will forgive if he botches the execution (no pun) of it.

Are these taken from the Amazing Spider-Man 2 tie-in videogame?
(And I say that as someone who stopped reading Spider-Man before the 'Superior' arc....that's how bad this movie looks to me right now.)
And maybe introduce Venom/Carnage properly afterwards.
So Mecha Rhino is a thing in the comics?A non-cam version of the poster has been released;
And I still don't understand why GG doesn't have a mask? It's bugging me the hell out. Did they really think 'oh, we'll just paint his face a little and add a few veins, that'll been enough' would be acceptable?
That was so weird when I saw that in the Ultimate Spider-Man show. Norman goes from bad guy to good guy by simply taking some of Iron Man's armor and wah-lah. Of course it doesn't last long and he goes back to being Green Goblin thanks to Doc Oc. Guess it's that way in the comic as well *shrug*They should introduce Norman as the Iron Patriot just to be a dick to Marvel Studios.
If the movie makes the character even slightly more interesting, it's achieved something great.
