I have a bunch of PS+ games already downloaded to my PS3 (Uncharted, Gravity Rush and some Vita versions of games I bought digitally like Dragon Fantasy and Gaucamelee).

You can't go wrong with the PSP GTA games (though the prices are a bit much) or the God of War prequels that were on PSP (Ghost of Sparta/ Chains of Olympus). Also Persona 4 Golden - which is on sale now.

Welcome. Miami Hotline and Guacsmelee are wonderful. Along with a ton of retail offerings. If you like action rpg. Grab Ys, the psp backlog is on sale and the Vita one is great.

As far as PSP games goes, get Ys Oath in Felghana, Trails in the Sky, and Knights in the Nightmare (which gets wordy) and move from there. Oath is on sale right now for $7.50 too.

Buy LittleBigPlanet Vita, it's arguably the best game in the series. But also don't forget to get Tearaway immediately.
Killzone:Mercenaries is THE killer Vita FPS to own.
Celceta will be my first Ys. I haven't gotten it yet because my wallet still smarts after both the PS4 and Vita in the same month.
At $20, P4G will probably be my first purchased game.

I recently bought a Vita too and I gotta say that I couldn't be happier with my choice. The memory card prices are still awful though. Can't wait for Hyper Light Drifter.
I liked Mortal Kombat and Need For Speed Most Wanted. They look kind of rough but are fun. And don't forget psmobile games like Tokyo Jungle Mobile, Switch Galaxy, Yu-Nama The Puzzle, including "free" ones like Penguin Party and Adventure Bar Labyrinth.
What I like about the platform is variety. It's not easy for me to distill down. Definitely check out gameplay footage first before buying. Blind buying will lead to disappointment.
