Tearaway is fucking legit.
All the games mentioned are good, but I'm a bit bummed that Soul Sacrifice doesn't get pushed like it should. Love this game.

Bought one with the megapack (wipeout, motorstorm, little big planet etc) and persona 4. Also got a PS+ account, the first persona, FF tactics, Ys Seven and jet set radio. I agree that the PSone classics look AWESOME on the OLED screen, so I plan to buy more when they go on sale.

Oooh! This could be what I need, pulled my sons Vita out of a drawer to remote play some AC 4 and quickly remembered how it's really not suited to biggish hands.Get a grip for the Vita. Works wonders.
Still loving the remote play though. Alongside my Nvidia Shield I can now play pretty much any game on the crapper..... Isn't technology wonderful!

I just bought a Vita from ebay (newegg) for $161 shipped and I'll be picking up an 8gb memory card later today at Gamestop for $5 (that's if my coupon works on it). Amazing deal in my opinion. I already have The Walking Dead on PC and Sly on PS3 (plus the total price with tax would be $190 for the Amazon Walking Dead bundle). My Vita should arrive sometime next week but I already have some games for it like MGS HD, Persona 4 Golden, Lumines, Sly, and PS All Stars. I need to pick up the Ninja Gaiden Sigma games and a few others and I'll be set for a while.
Anyways, I'm excited. I always wanted a Vita but I was waiting for the right price. Now if only they made that BioShock game. ;___;

P4G, Spelunky, and Tearaway are my top picks. Spelunky especially will never ever leave my memory cards.
Make sure you start with The Walking Dead if you didn't play it elsewhere, because man that's good. Debating a replay of it myself.
I keep telling myself to not buy a Vita. To just wait. But I want one so bad.....
