Not only that, when you plug it in via USB you get a "device not supported" message. I couldn't find any info on whether or not this is getting added in the future. Hell I couldn't find anything PS4/Vita related that isn't a remote play article. It feels like I'm the only one who cares about this. Does anyone notice this? I feel like I'm taking crazy pills.

Without a Vita content manager on PS4 it's impossible for me to cut the cord on my PS3. I hate downloading via wifi on my Vita and prefer to have all my games downloaded on the console so I can transfer freely. I have to assume that this is getting added and was just lost in the shuffle of launch.

No PS4 doesn't show Vita stuff. Fine with me, actually.

But as far as the "device not supported" thing goes, you just have to register the device on the PS4.

They'll add it. You can't expect them to have everything ready OS wise for launch. Give it a year and they'll have plenty of the missing features.

People seem to forget what the PS3 and 360 were like on launch OS wise.

Im sure they will add it at some point but as far as "getting shit ready at launch" goes... not that high on the list with the ps3/PC/vita inself capable of doing it all.

Nope :/. I was hoping to transfer over Metal Gear since it's STILL not on the NA store, but I guess I have to wait even longer.

They can patch it in later just like PS3.

FW 1.5 just has the basics. Im sure 2.0 will have alot of things that are missing from PS3.

Probably low on their priority list.

Yeah I figured it was getting added later. I was just disappointed when I went to download Tearaway and realized only PS4 games and movies were in the PS4 store. Then I got upset when it couldn't even recognize Vita via USB.

Just another tick mark for my FW 2.0 wishes

PS3 and Vita games appeared on the store once, but after I backed out to the main menu they were gone.

Oh boy.

Yeah, it'd be crazy to expect multi-billion dollar corporations to launch flagship products with basically functionality intact!

I hope they add avatars to PS4 soon, or they just go through and retroactively made avatars like the online passes that just register to your account, rather than need to be downloaded.

Something. Hate not being able to change my avatar on anything other than PS3.

Wow didn't even notice this. Strange with vita remote play ps4. Guess my ps3 will be vita storage machine.

You can change that on ps4. It's in profile setting.

I back up all my vita content on the PC via wifi. It's a lot more convinient than using the PS3 for me.
