How rare do you mean? List some examples of games that are legitimately hard to find.

A sealed copy of OOT might be worth a lot but it certainly is not rare.

Any other sealed games I own are still fairly new.

A sealed black label release of FF7 might be worth something. Most collector's hate Greatest Hits type of releases.

So, what say you GAF?

I have a sealed copy of this too. My aunt let me have it after she tried to sell it at a garage for 75 cents.

I own a sealed copy of Metroid Prime Trilogy. I randomly bought it at newegg since I wanted to play it but never got around to it, and once it got rare and kinda valuable I wasn't sure on it anymore. I bought a used copy from gamestop's sale this weekend so I can finally play the damn thing.

There's one for 800$ on ebay but I doubt it would sell for that much.

Just like I have no hope of selling my sealed Terranigma (with guide book) for the 2.5k it's usually listed at

I have a bunch of sealed games because now I don't open them until I want to play them, and I have a big backlog. The only one I'm sure is worth something is an NA Tales of Vesperia LE.

Edit: I also have a sealed Muchi Muchi Pork/Pink Sweets LE... I've heard that that had a pretty low print run?

Cant think of them all off the top of my head, but do have:

Spawn - SNES (nothing major)
Xenoblade collectors edition - Wii
Metroid Prime Trilogy (Metal case) - Wii

Have a few other unopened Wii games but they probably dont fall in this category.

EDIT:
Ive got the F-Zero GX soundtrack on CD sealed.

Yeah it's a black label. In fact it's so old that it's before they had changed the esrb info on the back. All it says is "Realistic Violence", which makes me laugh almost every time I see it.

I'll have to look into selling it later.

Nope. I only have 4 games that are sealed, which can be bought on Amazon right now for under $15 brand new. The only reason they're still sealed are because I either ended up with more than one copy or I haven't bothered to play them yet.

have two copies
Chrono Cross - ps1
Final Fantasy IX - ps1

haven't played yet
Sub Terrania - genesis
Chu Chu Rocket - dreamcast

My games stay sealed for the most part until I play them and I've got a hefty backlog so yes, plenty of stuff sealed. Going back and playing some of my PS2 RPGs recently I felt sore opening them. Xenoblade was another one recently. I'd never really be one for selling anything though. Collecting games has never been about reselling for me. I'll play them all at some point I promise!

Nobuo Uematsu had a concert here in Hawaii last month. My brother spotted Hironobu Sakaguchi (wasn't announced he was going to be there) in the back of the crowd recording the concert on his phone. We approached him when he went to chill on the side. He was nice enough to autograph our The Last Story during the concert.

The Nobuo Uematsu autograph came later during the official autograph session. When he signed my game he pointed at the signature and said "oh! hironobu!" then he complimented my club nintendo mario shirt.
