I have a sealed copy of the European version of Minish Cap. I doubt that's rare, though. I just don't have any reason to open it. I already own and played through the American version.

got it sealed. bought it off ebay for 100 bucks several years ago. I also have a copy of the snes version of ff 3( us) with the map( that map is mint condition...and having the map is key!).

I got other rare items but those are my 2 gems per say!

some other notables P:

Gt 1 for PS. The Japanese version. Back when u could use the old swap me trick at the ps screen. Also got the Japanese version of the kaleidoscope. It was a lights/theme cd rom...basicly it inspired the one that later came per installed on all ps.

Have a sealed copy of the original Pokémon Silver in my room. Don't exactly know how I came across it (I already own another cartridge), though I have a vague recollection of my mom picking that up instead of Crystal..

I wonder how much it'll go for?

Only thing I can think of that I have that is still sealed is Stack Up for the NES. I plan on keeping it sealed to maintain all the parts inside. I'd like to find at some point some loose parts to use for whenever I'm feeling freaky and want to play it. But those are kind of rare too.

No idea what it goes for, but it's one of my most prized possessions in my NES stuff. Especially since I think it's the only sealed thing I have. (I bought an ADE and games years ago, they were all sealed, but curiosity in me caused me to open them and play them.)

Also have sealed Demon's Souls LE, Dark Souls LE, Ni no kuni WE, and TLOU pandemic edition.

I have Final Fantasy V, VI, Oracle of Seasons, Metroid Fusion, Metroid Prime Trilogy all sealed and mint.

Keep in mind something maybe selling for $100+ on ebay or Amazon, but after fees, you aren't making much off it and would be probably just be better off opening and having fun with it.

For example, if I remember, Amazon takes 20%. So, your $130 Dream Drop Distance will be lucky to net you $100. Brand new what did they cost? $50? I'd keep it, open it, play it, and enjoy it. $40-$50 in the grand scheme is nothing.

I have a sealed copy of History: Legends of War on Vita, which only got a limited release in the UK and had its American release cancelled at the last minute. That might be worth something one day.

Like. A dollar. Maybe.

Probably won't sell it cause it's not that much in the grand scheme of things...

Though yeah, any of you people have stuff like this? :P

I have a never opened, fully sealed, launch day special edition of The Legend of Zelda: The Ocarina of Time (1st edition gold cartridge). Still have the receipt, and the swag it cAme with too. A "gold" legend of Zelda bag, and a sheet of LoZ stickers.

Wonder what it's worth? Any GAF'ers know?

I've got a sealed copy of the Descent shareware (for PC)... because I also have a second copy of the Descent shareware, and own two copies of the full game too, from various collections. That's it, though; I'd never leave a game sealed on purpose for no reason. Games are meant to be played!

I have a few sealed copies, but my oldest is Cannon Spike on the Dreamcast - Euro Version. No idea what that is worth - an opened one sold on eBay for €50, mine should be worth a bit more

Have a copy of Super Mario All Stars Wii PAL too - which I think is another €50 I think

Non gaming related, I have the Back to the Future Collectors Edition Tin sealed - which is €150+ on eBay.

I few other random thing I never checked. I also lost a sealed copy of Golden Sun sealed on GBA recently. eBay says that could be €100+, but god knows where my copy is.

I do not feel like selling anything though, but nice to know I could make a few quid If I really needed too (and the market does not deprecate!)

A few months ago I found a new, sealed copy of Perfect Dark Zero Limited Collectors Edition at Walmart for $10. I'm not sure how the heck a game from 2005 ended up with a bunch of more recent $10 - $20 games, maybe they found it in a back room or under a shelf. I believe they recently renovated it so they must have found it in hidden away somewhere.

I've never played PDZ after the mediocre reviews, but I'm tempted to pick up a used copy to give it a go since I found the LCE.

Not really that Rare of a game, but its one of the few sealed games I have, with No More Heroes 2 being the other. Just looked it up, going for $15 on Ebay, I could make $5!

I agree, I don't want to be that guy that died with all these sealed games. Although I do have about 10 games in my backlog that are wrapped.

My father in law just passed and had all this cool stuff in his garage that he planned one day to work on, never happened. Now all his sh*ts being sold, nope not gonna happen to me.

Rare JP/English language Aquanaut's Holiday. Not sealed, but rare none the less. Pretty much all I have, along with JP Demon's Souls first print and Hakuna Matata JP/English language, which was released in the U.S. as Afrika.

I have the Platinum Super Mario Galaxy soundtrack still sealed from Club Nintendo. Hoping it'll be worth something in 20 years or so.
