Fighting Games Weekly is the weekly discussion thread for all things fighting games. News, events, streams, videos, players, drama, everything fighting game related.
Don't know what to watch right now? Check the FGCPros Twitch Group or Jaxel's Stream Viewer. If you want to watch multiple streams at once, you can use Jaxel's customizable multiviewer as well.
New to FGC-GAF is the FGC-GAF Index which lists the fighting games GAFers plays as a neat reference with some rough statistics to boot. To add yourself to the index, quote this post and use the survey link below. Please remember to save/bookmark the "Edit your response" link so you can edit your responses if/when you buy a game already on the list or a new game that releases in the future.

Fighting Games Weekly Refresh!Northeast Championships 14 [ Saturday ] [ 10AM EDT | 7AM PDT ]
- You may notice a few differences to FGW this week!
- New look! New hyper-distracting banner and some headers that, alongside some minor formatting changes, save a wee bit of physical and character space.
- Weekly player spotlights that try to highlight the members of our community. FGW (and GAF in general) get a lot of non-GAFer views, so why not give some deeper insight into the players that make our community special?
- Archive of all the FGWs in order since we started doing them for easy reference! You can find the archive linked above.
- Still on the bucket list is a clean up of the weekly section. Seems like the number of streams is dwindling down rapidly, with nothing very popular or worth watching. It's important that if there are suggestions for new weeklies to be added, you should bring it up in the thread so we can see if it actually builds traction. Conversely, it's very important that if you're watching something to let people know so we can gauge popularity! FGW isn't an exhaustive list, because people can browse Twitch themselves if need be. It's not some super-exclusive list either, but if it's here and nobody is watching it, it's a waste of characters that can go towards detailing another event people will actually watch.
- An update to the FGC-GAF Index form is also pending, but I don't think people actually use it or go back to it, so it's at the very, very bottom of the bucket list. Was fun though!
- The second stream will be helmed by Bifuteki.
- The third stream will be helmed by Kombat Network.
- The fourth stream will be helmed by Team St1ckbug.
- Big E gaming presents another hallmark East Coast event out of Philadelphia.
