WiiU:
+ slick little console
+ great controller
+ GREAT games: played NSMBU, Pikmin, Zelda WW HD, Trine2, Lego City: Undercover and Super Wario World 3D
+ Miiverse
+ off tv screen play is a great feature

- Very slow interface (has drasticly improved though and now it's okay.
- Multiplats are a small step up at best, so i don't buy them on that console. No problem for me personally, but seems like a problem for Nintendo.
- i'd like it to be just a bit more powerfull. I think they cheaped out just a tad too much
- battery in controller doesn't last that long.

PS4:
+ GREAT controller. amazing what they've done to improve it. Love the weight, the balance in my hands, the touchpad, the triggers, the thumbsticks, etc.
+ good versions of crossgen games when patched.
+ Killzone Shadowfall is a good game imo and it looks mindblowing
+ console is fast and snappy.
+ it's now finally possible to switch between settings, games, apps, etc. fast.
+ everything is simple and responsive.

- not all features are ready yet for Europe.
- Thumbsticks seem to have that problem with the tops. They feel great though.
- The Store isn't that great imo. Not logical.
- no great demos yet.

Loving the Xbox One. There are many reasons why, but I will reserve this post for the controller. I'm a bit of a controller nut, so I might be a bit overzealous in saying this, but it's perfection in your hands.

Going as far back as the Atari 2600, the Xbox One's controller has quickly become my new favourite in console gaming. The grip of the thumbsticks, the feel of the buttons(even the bumpers) and the absolutely perfect triggers. I thought the trigger haptic feedback would be a gimmick, but the way they use it in Forza 5 as force feedback for gas and brakes, is brilliant. Not to mention the soft, yet firm manner in which the trigger comes to a stop when pressing it down the entire way.

The thumbsticks shine as well, especially in a first person shooter like Ghosts. I found the range and resolution of movement has been greatly improved and the grips allow you to take advantage of that.

All the above points and some points I haven't mentioned become truly evident after you've played for several consecutive hours, as your hands don't feel cramped or tired.

Being that the controller is the primary connection between the player and the game, I put heavy importance on it and the Xbox One's controller connects you to the game better than any console controller before it.

Love my PS4. Everything is smooth and really fast. BF4 has so many graphical wow moments.

Bought only the PS4. Absolutely loving it so far.

Pro:
- PSN is so much more faster than the one on the PS3.

- UI is great, fast and very easy to use.

- Controller design is a bless. Loving it so far. Best controller ever made.

- Great launch games. Bought Killzone (was great!) and AC4 (great as well) and downloaded Resogun and Contrast, which I'm both liking as well. Overall however the 360 launch games were better IMO.

Cons:
- Fan gets louder than I expected. Can't wait for Sony to patch the Stereo Headset support because that then won't be an issue any more.

- Controller battery life. Hope Sony lets us turn off the lightbar at some point.

My PS4 has been nothing but solid gold. Got rid of everything on my media bench but it and the Apple TV, do not miss the other systems. Between BF4 (which gives me few problems), Resogun, Soundshapes, NBA2k14 AND Rivals I have more than enough to hold me over until Infamous and all those glorious indie titles.

Also, that headphone jack.... banderas.gif

PS4

+ Fast & easy to use UI.
+ Much better integrated PSN features
+ Sharing features are great and easy to use.
+ The ability to switch between games and settings/certain apps.
+ Joining friends in a game is much faster and easier to do.
+ Great controller. Touchpad proved to be much more useful than I expected it to be.
+ Voice controls are pretty responsive in the menus.
+ Library menu is much easier than having to find your past content in the store or a download list.

- Lack of MP3 support.*
- Lack of user video support.*
- Lack of DLNA support.*
- Controller battery life. (Though this barely made it on the list for me.)
- Lack of certain third party apps such as YouTube, Vidzone etc.*
- A bit too loud than it should be, but like the DS4 battery life thing this barely made it on the list for me.

* Most likely or confirmed to be dealt with in a future update.
