I'm sure some other GAFers can provide more recent impressions of Natural Selection II but when I played it was a close knit, friendly community and the game is quite unique so worth checking out imo.

Sanctum 2 and Orcs! Must Die 2 are two amazing co-op tower defense games - Well, Sanctum 2 being more of a traditional TD game, while O!MD2 is more of a... trap defense game, I suppose.

This bundle is an absolute steal.

I would have really liked to see that game perform better than it did, but at least more people will probably play it now. I hope so. It's legit.

I was thinking the same thing, when I didn't buy anything from the latest steam sale. Steam sales taught me to never buy retail, and now humble bundles are telling me to never buy from steam sales.

OMD2 is a pure upgrade and gives you all the maps from the first game if you own it, and you can play coop in them as well. So there's not really a reason to play the first one, honestly.

Sanctum 2 is a bit different than the first game, that also have coop, so I'd definitely try that out.

Sanctum supports 4 players, while OMD2 is limited to two, but have steam workshop :-)

Orcs Must Die 2 is fantastic! I also bought NS2 during the Steam Sale, oh well. I do wish that Humble was still pushing for Linux versions, it would be nice to have OMD2 on Linux/SteamOS.
