fifa UT is always my most played title. so got it digitally
i use alt controls, and on D i switch tackelt to the x button, and bring teammate contain over to square. normal contain i just hide away on R1 and forget about it

Isn't the FIFA 14 download under 10GB, like NBA Live 14, meanwhile NBA2K14 is 30GB plus.

I was surprised by how much better it looks and plays as well, but let's not compliment EA too much or they'll never fully upgrade the engine to next gen.
Honestly, anybody who has this complaint probably isn't configuring their defenses and/or manually playing conservative enough to avoid drawing their defenders off their lines.you still hit LB Y/L1 Triangle 90% of the time to score goals

There are a ton of reasons to hate FIFA but this one ain't the best one. The game does too much artificial crap to reduce the success of lobbed through balls on top of there being plenty of strategy settings available that should really help you defend against this style of play.

I played the xbox one version and its smooth and fluid. the little details make the game so much better then last gen versions.

1) L1 + X 2-3 times
2)L1 + Triangle
3) Shoot
Repeat till the game ends.
Must say, the animation are very very good, so convincing ( minus the sliding you see from time to time) Things like shooting, goal keepers saving a shot and general passing just looks very good.
Graphically, looks great but nothing amazing ( unless you do instant replay and get to see the smaller detail)

Fifa 14 is actually really good. Glad I waited for ps4 version. First time in ages it feels like more than a roster update. Some of the details are really nice (visually) but also the updates to the physics are definitely noticeable; Dribbling now feels very natural and realistic for example.

Oh most are from me performing tricks and them mistiming - which is quite realistic - but some aren't. I've had a couple where they've deliberately held me back when on the break, for example. Sports simulations live and die by their feature-set. Launch games strip features, especially sports titles. So it's difficult to recommend ever getting one at launch. Even Forza has fallen victim to the stripped features at launch disease.
Yeah these games look really pretty but after the graphics "wow factor" is gone, it's those deep features that you start to miss. Year 2 is when you're in the clear on sports games on a new generation.

I got the demo on XB1 last night and i wasnt impressed at all. It looks a bit sharper than the Fifa's on X360 but it just didnt look that great. The jump with NBA2k14 looked much more impressive, but i guess that is because there are fewer players and the court is a lot smaller so you can zoom in. Though TBH, i thought NBA2K on X360 looked pretty amazing anyway.
