I haven't had an xbox 360 since 2010 so I'm kinda foggy on what games I played and enjoyed. Arcade games stand out the most:

Geometry Wars 2

Yes, the 360 version was developed by Platinum games. The PS3 version was farmed out and it turned out poorly. Even with the patch that installed the entire game it was still significantly worse. I'm guessing Sega decided late in the cycle that they wanted it to be a multiplatform release.

I don't know where you heard RDR on PS3 is unplayable, because it really isn't.

I had countless hours of fun playing online with a friend at release. Worked flawlessly...

Unplayable is a strong word...the game is decent and definitely playable on the PS3, it's just that the 360 version looks and runs much better.

There's nothing else quite like it. Creating an ecosystem is an organic experience with a strong sense of discovery - plant a seed and see what it attracts, throw an item into the mix and see what it does. Breeding, predator/prey, putting down injured Pinatas while their brethren eat the candy inside and more is part of the game, making for a bright but darkly humorous tone that works really well.

There's always a few things to do or build towards at any given time creating that "one more turn" feel, new stuff is constantly unlocking, the audiovisual polish is second to none and the game can be as hectic or relaxing as you want it to be. I still have fond memories of picking up the first Viva Piñata alongside Gears of War and proceeding to spend the weekend completely engrossed by the former despite planning for the opposite. The only things I don't like are some UI quirks and an opening cinema that screams Kid's Game, other than that it's a masterpiece as far as I'm concerned.
