It won't, but this will be easy to obtain from places like Hobbylinkjapan, Ami Ami, NCS, etc.

I'd assume it doesn't play Mega Drive games. That would jack up the price considerably, and as the image in the first post shows, Mega Drive Megatron is a lot smaller than an actual Mega Drive.
