Die Hard Trilogy (PSX)

It was hella fun, 2 out of the 3 games were really good and action packed. Despite the limited graphics, it still felt like the essence of the Die Hard movie was somehow in the game.

Wacky Races was alright, I believe it was the first cell shaded game too.

Spider-man 2 was also pretty amazing.

GoldenEye 007: Kinda obvious.

X-Men Origins Wolverine: I really enjoyed this one. Raven made a surprisingly satisfying God of War-like experience. Really good cinematic boss battles too.

Chronicles of Riddick Butcher Bay

Astro Boy (GBA & Sonic Team's version on PS2)
Ghost in the Shell (PS1)
Retro Game Challenge 1 & 2 (DS)
Willow (NES)
Ghost Busters (Genesis)
Ghost Busters 2 (HAL version on NES / GB)
Jurassic Park (Game Gear)
Batman (NES)
Little Nemo Dream Master (NES)
Duck Tales (NES)
Chip & Dales Rescue Rangers (NES)
Star Wars Rogue Squadron (N64)
Star Wars Rogue Leader (Gamecube)
TMNT Turtles in Time (SNES)
Parasite Eve (PS1)
Aladdin (SNES / Genesis)
Goof Troop (SNES)

Astro Boy: Omega Factor is the first one I thought of.

And Goldeneye 007, of course.

Another vote to GoldenEye 64.

Also Jurassic Park: Operation Genesis on PC. Kinda light on content, but it was still a pretty great park simulator.

I'll stick with Gen 6

The Thing
Chronicles of Riddick
Jurassic Park: Operation Genesis
The Simpsons: Hit and Run

There's a few more but those are the first ones that come to mind.
They were so much fun to play.

Star Trek: Invasion and Bridge Commander were really good. Robotech: Battlecry is also great.

I liked Predator: Concrete Jungle back in the day, but it hasn't aged well.

As far as I'm concerned, Phantom 2040 is secretly one of the best SNES licensed games. Good graphics, awesome soundtrack, one of the best rope swinging mechanics I've seen in a 2D game, ability to make weapon combos, branching paths that would give you totally different levels (and end bosses)... I was very fond of it as a kid.

Simpson's Arcade Game
X-Men Arcade Game
Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles Arcade Game
Castle of Illusion Starring Mickey Mouse
Duck Tales (NES)
Disney's Aladdin (1993)
Ghostbusters (Sega 1990)
GoldenEye 007

Batman Arkham Asylum - maybe not based on any particular movie or tv show, but a character who's been in movies and tv shows.

Enter the Matrix was a terrible game but I ate it up anyway.
The next Matrix game should be made by Platinum games

Also Die Hard Trilogy for PS1. What a game!!

Also enjoyed Alien resurrection on PS1.

This. I was so disappointed Two Towers never came out on PC I bought RoTK on day one. It was obviously fairly repetitve, but also really fun and managed (in my memories) to capture the feel of the movie pretty well. I should re-install it someday.

I'll pick an unpopular one and say Enter the Matrix. Overall the game was fun. It's when you use the built in hacking function though that makes it really shine. There is a hidden fighting game mode and you can significantly boost your abilities
