Best water dungeon in a Zelda game!

I'm still quite partial to Jolly Roger Bay in Super Mario 64. There's the music, the atmosphere, the sunken ship, and the eel of childhood nightmares. It also helps that Mario 64 has the best swimming controls in a 3D adventure game.

I just vividly remember this level being pretty awesome, and the changing water levels was dope

YES ! Discovering the underwater city after swimming (and barely making it) through the tunnels was like the pinnacle of that game for me.
