Use www.xboxclips.com and copy the link from the address bar. If you have a name with a space in it, add " + " instead of the space, so " Izuna Lasky " looks like " Izuna+Lasky " -- you can also embed a picture from the site and put on here. You can edit where it says " Thumbnail_Small " and change it to " Thumbnail_Large " if you like.

Or share SkyDrive/YouTube clips, but generally the quality is better straight from www.xboxclips.com

For the best possible quality and ease, save the clip to a USB stick and upload it that way, or you could simply upload from the PS4 itself, if you don't mind your ISP cutting the internet off a large clip causing you to rage.

To be honest I am a little disappointed by the quality. 720p could be ok (obviously native 1080p would be better) but also the bitrate is quite low. Hope they will upgrade that with future firmware updates.
