It is basically a 100% sure thing they will both be in the film.

Falcon and Bucky were both major parts of the rest of the arc following what was covered in The Winter Soldier movie.

Except that he's a shitty actor.

Boseman is very good casting. I personally have been pulling for Chiwetel Ejiofor myself. I'm sure after 12 Years a Slave Ejiofor isn't that easy to get locked into a low dollar multi-film commitment though. But Boseman is a great choice as well, should knock the role out of the park. Can't wait, this is now my #2 most anticipated Comic film (behind GotG2).
