Brain Trainings PAL boxart:

Notice the DS lite on front. And as Brain Training is stated for a May release... We might see the DS lite also in may?
And with the shortages in Japan... I might cancel my pre-order...

Time will tell, but I doubt that May 19 will be the releasedate :)
As far as I know it has more or less marketing reasons. Let's say in 10 months some people would want to buy the game and see that old bulky model, I think they wouldn't really want to buy it anymore. With the new fresh DS Lite it's a little bit different. Originally the boxart was even planned with the old model, but as I already said they changed it. ![]() And I don't think May 19 is early summer. DS Lite will launch together with NEW Super Mario Bros. Edit: Don't know whether it was already revealed, but Brain Training will be a low-budget title. Not as cheap as EUR 19.99 but that wasn't my decision. At least they decided to translate it into more languages than other games, that's why they changed their March date to one in May ;) Last edited by Shiggy : 03-31-2006 at 12:00 PM. |

[EUR 29,99 - If I heard it right] |

Maybe it's just the UK getting screwed then.
http://www.amazon.co.uk/exec/obidos/...065888-1971000 As you can see they even have the updated boxart, so you'd think they would have updated the price too if they'd got a new one. |

I think there is an off chance of seeing the DS Lite in the summer months...part of me feels that the NSMB delays are in fact in order to try to launch at the same time as the DS Lite, but that's just speculation. I doubt Europe would receive it at the same time, however...I think it's just forward thinking on Nintendo's part.

We don't know why he keeps buying PAL, either.
