Lucario has been confirmed for Toys R Us
Meta-Knight has been confirmed for Best Buy
And Rosalina will most likely be confirmed for Wal-Mart.(Possibly Target as well.)
And I believe Ike is exclusive to Amazon. (Not sure though.)
