Going back to the Naruto argument, I think the whole point will be moot when Naruto 4 DS comes out.

I agree. Animal Crossing Wild World it's really adictive and that's because it's a portable game. I would say, it's design has been waiting for the DS for too long time :)
I bought AC on the CUbe and forgot about it a week before buying it. Now a days, everyday, at train, before going to sleep, before dinning time... ĦI'm always playing AC! |

As long as Pokemon was mentioned, I can't help but wonder why Nintendo never released a "true" Pokemon game for the GC. You would think that they'd go all out to hope to replicate the success from the GB/GBA versons.
2 Versions of AC would be pretty funny, if they ever did that. :lol |

I'm pretty sure IGN used their own, 'altered' translation for that interview with Eguchi...

I love how people continue to overlook THE most important fact of the DS and it's 3rd party support.
DS games ARE DIRT ASS CHEAP to develop so 3rd parties don't have to sell nearly as many units to recoup development costs and turn a profit. It's easy for people to ignore because we don't have solid numbers but we DO know for a fact that DS games are much cheaper to develop than PSP games and several Japanese developers have been quoted saying so. So please take that into account when you do your 3rd party analisysisisss. Not only are they selling more on the DS but the devs are making more profit to boot. |
