Generally I don't understand any trends and don't even attempt to. Looks dorky and wearing low riding tight jeans doesn't look comfortable to me.

Well of all things, I personally think the ass crack on a woman is one of the least appealing things to showcase. Sure, I like the ass as a whole (oh gosh lol) but something about the asscrack that just doesn't do it for me (personally)

The energy spent on showing their asscracks should be directed to showing more cleavage or more vagina.

i agree (cameltoe especially), although seeing the area just above the crack is rather nice. i don't want to see the line.

The idea of the low waist is to hint at the ass but not to show it. As with all things, lots of girls will get the look right, and those that try too hard or are slutty will get it wrong and show too much.
