Unfortunately, I can't share most of my stuff (and I'm not the only one) but that doesn't mean I will stop posting and sharing arts, it's just... *sigh* Well, I think we all should be a lot more careful while posting arts here (especially ahead of time, and I think we must never do that), cuz it can (and it will) end badly for all of us in the long run. I know that "right time" sounds stupid as hell (and it is) for most of the fellow gaffers out here, but please understand that for us it is crucial and even more than you can imagine.
If only it was that simple to post and share everything here and respond to all requests, but unfortunately that's not how it works.

I was less busy in the past but I haven't been adding much because time is such an issue and making sure I'm being considerate of potential interests and setting everything up just tends to take too much.
Still working on preservation practices though. If anyone's interested in some tips or academic articles regarding digital preservation, I can put some of them up here (at least, the ones that are freely available).

So hey - I've been running a blog for a while called The Video Game Art Archive, where I've been posting a heap of classic artwork from old video games that I've been scanning in and cleaning up at super high resolutions. Thought you guys might be into that sort of thing!

Doesn't have to be some extreme resolutions, but anything more than 720p would be nice.

Here I am again with more exclusive content.
After a lot of hard work and time invested, I finally managed to restore most of the amazing artworks from GTA San Andreas.
Unlike the other artworks from Vice City that I've "recreated in HD" recently, this time I did not have any official wallpapers that I could use as a source. All I had were crappy versions of the artworks with low resolution and, in most cases, with oversaturated colors. So I had to enlarge that artworks, correct the colors and then, pixel by pixel, clean all the artifacts that emerged in the process so they could be the sharpest possible. To do that I almost had to draw the entire artworks again (over the low-resolution version), as well as vectorize many of the elements. The result is not perfect and the resolutions are not very high, but are much better than any others we can find on the internet.
In addition to the artworks, I also vectorized all the logos from the Radio Stations (so much nostalgia...) and recreated a bunch of wallpapers in 16:9.
