An embargo is basically a release date for information. Violating the embargo leads to bad things, potentially lawsuits.

just got a 1440p monitor and finding some wallpapers has been kind of a pain in the ass. Ive got a superman one right now that im pretty sure is just blown up from another resolution, and i'd rather downscale than upscale one at that size

While working on the Virgil render, one of the things I found particularly odd was that the blade reflection actually only goes to the end of his coat, which cuts it off rather awkwardly. I kind of wondered if it was intentional or there was another reason for it.
