Mass Effect 3 Omega DLC FREE on PSN

Need 360 to be free though...

How was this DLC btw? Heard it wasn't great.

If you enjoy ME3's combat, it's fun. If you want story, then maybe not your thing.

Wasn't worth $15. But free? I'd snap that up in a heartbeat. What do you have to lose? Certainly not the worst ME DLC (looking at you, Pinnacle Station).

US Store only? I am from Europe and it's still showing it's normal price

Best DLC in the game. It focused on what ME3 was best at, the combat. Aria was amazing too. It does suffer from a couple of graphical glitches which seem to infest the main game, but it's ok. Well worth the £10 I paid for it.

We'll worth the 15 dollars. Like others have said great combat. A little light on the story. If you love the Mass Effect Universe this will just give you more of what you like, but in a smaller package. I even think Omega may be better than Citadel. I'm in the minority.

Keep in mind the pain and resentment so many were feeling at the launch of this DLC. I think the original ending tainted early impressions and reviews.

Citadel was excellent, but kinda sad. Omega was in the trenches and to me that's Mass Effect.

Too bad I'm not at home! :( Hopefully they won't change it until tonight.

Does the ps3 trilogy runs well?

ME2 and 3 run exactly as their retail versions, but the ME1 port could do better. It's not terrible, but playable. I've encountered more frame-rate problems there then ME2 and 3, but maybe that's just how ME1 is. Never played any other versions, only the PS3 trilogy version. But it's definitely worth a shot if you can find it cheap, otherwise I'd stick with the apparently much better port of X360, or even the pc version.

Thanks OP. I downloaded it, even though I played the trilogy on the 360, so it's highly unlikely I'll ever actually use this DLC. But hey, free is free.

I see that the online pass for ME3 is free too, was that always the case?

If I remember right, after EA ditched online passes for new games, they went back and made all the older online passes free.

This worked out pretty good for me, the only ME3 DLC that I didn't play was Omega. So, score!

It is a pity that the DLC has never gone on sale on the 360 where I have the game. I bought all the ME and ME2 dlcs on sale. I bought no ME3 DLCs for that reason.

It went on sale numerous times. I bought both Citadel and Leviathan on sale. I think Citadel only went on sale once though but the others got 2-3 sales.

ME3 runs like garbage on PS3 while ME2 runs just fine oddly enough. I have no idea how ME1 runs.
I don't think it matters if you get the trilogy version or not as far as how they perform.

Thanks guys,I was thinking of going trough them all at once on one system before the next-gen saga begins
