"Excited to announce EA is continuing our relationship through a new publishing partnership with Vince and Respawn to bring new experiences of Titanfall to players worldwide"

Just tweeted it as well.

Oft hope is born when all is forlorn.
That was obvious, Titanfall is a success for a new IP. Sequel is inevitable but not to expect anything until 2016.

Ask me about the moon landing or the temperature at which jet fuel burns. You may be surprised at what you learn.
Great news. Titanfall is one of the freshest FPS experiences in a long time.

How big of a deal would it be for Titanfall 2 to continue to be exclusive to Xbox One? What do you think the asking price would be from EA on the exclusive rights?

I take this as a sign of success of course but I note that there have been no figures revealed still from this call.

It was never a question of whether or not EA was going to publish another Titanfall game, the question is, which platform(s)?

Rockefellers. Skull and Bones. Microsoft. Al Qaeda. A Cabal of Bankers. The melting point of steel. What do these things have in common? Wake up sheeple, the landfill wasn't even REAL!

They were very clear about the exclusivity deal only being for the first game. Can't see them signing another such deal for the sequel.

Titanfall sold 925k in March NPD and 360 version doing well.

That's a hell of a question dodge there... Why not just admit how much it totally sold, hmm?

Obviously next game will be on PS. MS won't pay for an "exclusive" that doesn't sell consoles.

Why stick to a US number if they can boast a higher WW number? Unless the total is something like 1M.

was excited for a potential titanfall 2 on ps4...but after seeing so much of the first one i dunno that its something to be hyped about. at the least lets hope they go for bigger scope this time.

Yeah, it seems so weird they wouldn't mention a total sold number.

I'd say it maybe didn't meet expectations but they announced a further partnership with Respawn so idk.

Or bring it stateside. Because Gundamu. But then again, it wouldn't come stateside...Because Gundamu.

And yeah, I seriously doubt TF will stay MS exclusive...EA must be getting ready to announce TF: Omega or somesuch for PS4/3.

I wonder if EA will supply some developers to Respawn to speed up the dev time to get TF 2 out sooner rather than later?

Is it, really, though? Do we have any numbers? X1 vs X360 vs PC? How many people are still playing today? I'm sure the game did okay, but I would love some specifics.

EDIT: just saw the NPD, alright, I guess that's a start.

Boy for a developer so pissed that EA went and got MS exclusivity on the first they sure were quick to continue on with EA.
