The box art is really bothering me. Let's say ONI guy is stalking Chief, MC should be on top and ONI guy should be the reflection.

Like so:

If, and only if, the case is that you, the player, are ONI guy trying to find/kill/save/whatever Master Chief, then I could understand you being on top... but it still bothers me.

Possibly Sanghelios, which is the Elite homeworld. Then again, it could also just as easily be a Forerunner Shield World. It could possibly even be the Planet Onyx, where Blue Team, Halsey and some surviving Spartan IIIs were trapped for a time.

Two of those would not explain the statue of the elite with an energy sword in the concept art. Most likely Sanghelios, or at least a Sangheli colony. I really want to play on Sanghelios.

Yeah looks pretty slim. Every Halo the Spartans seem to get smaller. Yet they are supposed to be mountains of muscle.

Maybe the other spartan isn't a new character and is Chief in a new suit. I know that 343 guys said he's a new character, but maybe they don't want to give away that MC is getting a makeover.

I like this idea that the new character is an ONI generic experiment/cyborg Spartan.
Like imagine if John is on the run (because he's gone rogue) and this new Spartan almost plays the role of some kind of Terminator chasing you throughout the game (No Country For Old Men style). ONI are definitely trying to replicate John so maybe this is their best attempt.

For the MP ranking system I'd like a mix of XP and 1-50. 1-50 is your actual rank used for matchmaking (like Halo 2 and 3) and XP is just used to unlock armor and other aesthetic customisation.

I really hope that it is actually the Elite homeworld that is in that concept art. The Elites are my favourite part of Halo outside of John and I loved the Chief and Arbiter double act from Halo 3. Reunite these two at some point in Halo 5 please.

I hope the new enemies are mix of covenant and promethean. So basically the covenant races that we all know and love have been turned into promethean machines by the composer. That way we have a nice blend of old and new.

I really hope MP takes Halo 2 as it's foundation. So basically they take Halo 2 MP and release that as an almost year long Halo 5 MP beta. They can add the odd new weapon or vehicle over the course of the year between H2 Anniversary and H5 and see what the feedback is from the community. Slowly add new weapons/vehicles etc. See what sticks, what the community likes, what needs tweaking etc. Then release Halo 5 with all of these new weapons and vehicles plus a whole bunch of new maps. People liked Halo 2 MP, why not use that as your basic formula and then just add a small amount on new changes and loads of new maps....

I really don't think the new character is bad or hunting down chief. Chief ended 4 back home with glory. Thus is likely a new partner, maybe like some said a new genetically modified human, robot/AI or something else. Either way it's called guardians, I think that implies both of them, protecting us. Maybe he has set out to find and save chief after a failed mission?
