6 H2 maps are being completely redesigned and remade, and will be running in a sort of new engine (during the IGN interview it was said it's a mix of a couple engines). All of the maps though (including the 6 ones being remade) will also be available as part of with graphical updates but no actual design changes.

So are they all going to control the same? Each Halo game has slightly tweaked the movement, gravity, floatiness, and overall feel of controlling MC. If I'm in match making and get a Halo 3 game followed by a Halo 1 game am I going to fumble around like an idiot because of the slight variation in control feel?

The MP integration concept of this game is incredible. Better than anything I could have expected. Really want to see how the ranking system is.

No. They're original.
EDIT apparently anyway. Probably will include control schemes that are more unified (considering Halo CEA included Bumber Jumper and some others), but i very, very much doubt they will be tweaked in any way otherwise.

I've been asking this all day and couldn't get an answer. This is very important... Halo games always suffered from very bad lag on coop...

E3 conferences round 1 definitely goes to Microsoft, for this alone (though I did like Sunset Overdrive and the DR3 DLC). Can't wait for this, getting my old Halo CE crew back together.
GTA 5 and this are the tops for me. Between those two and Forza and Sunset Overdrive, I won't need anything else for quite some time.
I thought it was part of the netcode. Was co-op available LAN?

I am pretty sure they said first time on ONE console. All 4 games are playable with all the multiplayer feature.

- Are H2A's skulls hidden or can they be toggled off the bat?
- Is it a locked 60FPS?
- Is the soundtrack getting a remaster like with CEA?
- Are you using launch builds of the games for multi? For example, 1.0 versus 1.5 for Halo 2, or 1.0 versus 1.1 for Halo 4?
- Is all of the MC Collection content actually on-disc? Do we need a persistent Gold membership to download a ton of this content to our system or to fully enjoy all maps, H2A remastered multi, and so on? Is Live required for Spartan Ops?
Are the H2A cutscenes / terminals on-disc or are they streamed online? What about CEAXBO's, for that matter?

It does.
And soundtrack for h2 rerecorded at Skywalker orchestra. And sound effects redone. You heard some of them in the mp demo. And yes, the metal guitar is back.
