So Sony basically flat out lied at their press conference if that is the case. I don't understand with all the rage about this (especially on bungie.net) that no one from bungie ever clarified this. Its just as ridiculous as the Diablo 3 expansion being hidden for the past year on Xbox consoles until a month ago.

I'll give 50/50 odds that it's a photoshop. /r/xboxone is a place of shills and console warriors, photoshopping in a timed exclusive disclaimer and claiming hypocrisy would be something that they would do. Further proof required.

Because, and I'm not kidding here, they feel persecuted. They think GAF is out to get MS and that it's just of full of Sony fanboys with an agenda, that agenda being the destruction if MS.
I've seen posts of people claiming that the backlash to the DRM fiasco was all orchestrated in order to bring down Xbox. Thr posters on there don't take kindly to any negative Xbox news, and they'll shut down any such discussion (any talk of sales numbers, resolution or anything like that is either deleted or downvited immedietely).
It's a scary place, to say the least

That said, I do believe the exclusivity is only timed.
technically it can still come out. could be anywhere between 30 to 90 days imo at which point Sony doesn't care where it goes since it is the initial period that is important to companies.
It's a pretty good source of news for X1 owners. Gotta ignore the console warriors, they're everywhere.

Honestly surprised that the exclusivity period would be that long, at that point the expansion should be coming out if the schedule of having a main game every 2 years and expansion in between is right.

I see no asterisk after the items listed. I'd have expected like 'Exclusive* super bonus item' or 'get all of this exclusive* content on da PS'.

It was actually confirmed a while back that it is timed exclusive. It was an interview with a Sony guy who said they were getting it for a window of time. I'll see if I can find the article.
Probably. I've never heard of a company using *Timed Exclusivity on an advertisement.
However, I hope it's true because timed exclusivity is bullshit.
Sony was extremely loose over the wording of a bunch of their announcements during the conference.

You obviously haven't been over there lol, the reason it's such a popular hub for xbox one fans is because GAF shits on xbox no matter the news and is genuinely hostile to anyone who's a supporter.
