YOSHINORI ONO is working on an "unreleased title PS4"

Devil May Cry 5.

It will tell the story of Vergil and his son Nero:

Could be a new title. I'd doubt it would be Rival Schools or Dragon's Dogma, as those would be multi-platform.

What does Capcom USA usually work on?

Last I heard, apparently they hold the rights to Street Fighter, but they don't develop it; Dimps in conjunction with Capcom JP do.

They used to have a dev studio in California, but not anymore. The only thing that Capcom USA does is just promote and market the JP games. That's about it.

I don't think Crapcom will release a sequel to Dragons Dogma anytime soon with Deep Down coming and offers a similar setting and art.
It's probably just a current gen port of whatever is the latest Street Fighter.

Deep Down cancelled and reborn as Bergamo May Cry.

Get out of my dreams.

How likely is this to be Free to Play? I'm not against FTP in principle, but I don't feel it's having a beneficial influence on Japanese games at this point. Hopefully I'm wrong.

Wasn't the SFV comment supposed to be a multi-plat title?

Regardless, it is a new SF game. It's the only thing that makes sense. The dude is known for SF, he orchestrated the franchise revival and genre rebirth, he is listed as the producer rather than an executive producer (IE he is in a hands-on production role), Capcom regard SF as one of their big core franchises, SF is hugely popular, Capcom are investing a lot in the competitive scene, we had the SFV leak via the whole P2W remark and Ono's soft confirmation that they were in early days of development, Ultra just came out so the SF core development team is now free, Ono just resigned from one of his main roles, and he's now put up an unreleased next-gen title on his LinkedIn.

It's SFV, SFA4 or SF3:4. Whatever it is, it's a brand new SF title for next-gen. Hype!

it's hardly been 'milked.' unless you're trying to say that reasonably paced, competitively meaningful updates are milking
doesn't matter if those updates are meaningful or not. I don't see how it has been "hardly milked" since a shitload of versions of the same game came out (not as free patches/updates), unless we have different definitons of that word.

I like the way you think and I hope you're right. SF would make sense.

Probably just USF4 AE. Decapre isn't in the arcade version yet, so there's going to be one more update for balance changes and the additional character. That update will make its way to console like it usually does.

That sure ain't Dino crisis.
The SF4 port sounds likely but I can't see capcom making that exclusive which is what that title sounds like.

It's PlayStation All Stars x Capcom. All of the Sony characters from PSASBR battle it out with Capcom's Ryu, Akuma, BB Hood, and the like Power Stone style exclusive for the PS4!!!
F2P though

Back in February he traveled to China and Hong Kong to research for a "next game," together with "SCE Staff." This might be that game, which also mean that it could be set in China or have something to do with China.

3 revisions in 6 years is hardly what I'd call a "shitload" in fighting game terms. And what seems like "milking" to you is "continued support and added content" in the eyes of others,
