I'm giving PES14 its last chance today. Absolutely disgusted with many elements of the game and the alleged improvements it offered.
The worst offences were the "establishing communications" interruptions when changing menus, the incessant online pass reminders, and the gameplay.
If PES15 is crap then I'm sticking with the Wii playmaker versions. I might even get PES 3 or 5 instead and dig out the BC PS3.
But if the microtransactions in PES15 are obnoxious then the series is dead to me.
It would be nice if a third series from another publisher would emerge. I wont touch Fifa since I dont want my PSN account to be hacked.

PES for me is like a girlfriend who has cheated. I want to take PES back because I had some amazing times with it but I can't trust the annually repeated promises.
But she does all the Japanese fetish stuff you always dream about. It's kinky but good.

First thing I noticed, running speed seems to make a difference.
PES 2014 all the players had the same sprinting speed, and slow defenders could catch up to speedy attackers all the time.
The most important thing for me will be, and can't tell from the video, how's that input/passing/shooting lag?

Goalies still mostly crap, how is that even possible.
Its been standard for the last 7 releases. I dont know why people expect change any more after nearly a decade of broken promises.

Play FIFA every year and my account has never been hacked because i have a strong password and all the 2 factor authentication on all my accounts. Plus i don't put my details in shitty sites. Everyone that gets hacked either tries the free FIFA points site or has shit passwords/security.
PES 6 aka the best one was also on 360 though. Don't remember if it was on PS3.

Well. It was a port. And yes, they skipped the PS3 version for some reason. PES 6 is still know as the best PES out there. And it was a PS2 game originally. But every really new iteration afterwards turned out shit. Okay, I played a shitton of hours of PES 2008, 2009 and 2010 but they were crap compared to 5 and 6. Especially the freaking online mode that was laggy as hell.
