Remote downloading is awesome news!
There are many times where I'm on the edge of whether or not to purchase a game, in which case I'll wait for the review embargo to end. If the game turns out to be good, I'll be able to buy while at work and play first second when I get home.

Well, I did wonder if pre-ordering might be possible without specifically mentioning it - add games to the store --> buy & pay, automatically downloads when the file is added to the store, but the big fall period begins well before Sunset Overdrive: Metro, Destiny, FH2 are out in September, theyre doing monthly updates, they should have been prioritising it in my opinion

Auto-download of mobile/web purchases was probably a big blocker for preloading on the client side (preloading would be pretty lame if you have to remember to go in a couple of days before it goes live and manually initiate the download), so hopefully preorders can be rolled out as purely a server-side change once that's live.
Still no screenshot feature though. Bummer. Here's hoping that happens in September.

Do you like the profile set up ? I think it's nice but there is no Bio anymore and to me the Gamerpics are very average, non gaming related or avatars. Why can't they offer gaming related ones, that would be great especially the art styles of Destiny, Sunset Overdrive and Halo.

Fuck 3D. It's hardly something the majority of users will be able to take advantage of anyway.
The vast majority want the "Xbox, screenshot" feature. We needs it! We wants it! Give us the precious "Xbox, screenshot" feature

That is a great point.
When the update rolls out to Xbox.com and SmartGlass, we'll have to see how far in advance they add games. They already have The Witched 3 among a couple other already listed so if there's a large update with all upcoming games, it could be being added as a later part of this update or laying the framework for the September update.

How should they do it for people who don't have Kinect? I've been curious about that.
I think the profile set-up is okay but definitely think they could do more to it. I also like the current gamerpics but agree that they should have gaming based gamerpics too. Sunset Overdrive (as you said) would be cool -- could see some comic book-y gamerpics for that.

Bluray 3D update is pretty huge for me since i own alot of movies. Besides that, there are some great other features as well, Awesome.

Edit: But I gotta say that activity feed is pretty fuckin awesome.

Hold the nexus down --> take a screenshot as an option next to turn off console/controller. Or do it via snapping GameDVR -> End clip/start clip/show clips then add take screenshots/show screenshot gallery

Some of those features were pretty low on the priorities of most Xbox users from what I saw on these forums. People want the screenshot feature more than anything else.
3D playback has been a request since launch and Microsoft has said it would be coming so we know they were actively working on it.
Press menu and view at the same time? Don't know... can't think of anything else that would be instant.
Edit: What if they released a new controller with a dedicated picture button but gave people with the old controllers the ability to take pics too by doing what I said above? Would that be too much? How many here would buy a new controller just for that ability? (haha)

This is also something that would work and would be pretty good.
Im hoping the Upload Studio share stuff will do it to Youtube too, I know you can do it from the Youtube app but if they can let people do it via US too that would be good and easier after you've been editing

Best options are probably adding it to either the menu that snaps in when you double-tap the home button (currently just a shortcut to the Snap menu), or the overlay that you get from holding the home button (currently just turn off console/controller).
Whatever they do, they should add a shortcut to Record That clip recording too in the same place.
