I got this message yesterday and just ignored it. I was still able to use Paypal just fine. Might be a bug because my friend also got it and he hasn't touched Paypal in months.

I wouldn't mind that notification, I'm receiving it too but I'm able to use PayPal just fine. After looking through PayPal's support forums, it seems to be a common issue as of now.

I just can't help but wonder how someone obtains a seemingly replenishable supply of psn, eshop, Xbox live, and steam credit.

I see people here selling cards from sales or from cashing out GameStop trade in credit but not just having a stock ready to send.

I don't want to accuse anyone of anything but id have a hard time selling $20 of credit for $10 when there's no sales going on unless I had not had to pay for that credit in the first place.

Just had this bug now. I completely ignored it and was still able to send money.

Its supposed to let you know you are COMING CLOSE to reaching a limit on paypal. However, the countries that have the new site design can't see their limits because there's no option. That notification is actually the only way to see how much more you can spend or receive, which both oddly, goes in the same limit for some reason...

But all you need is to link your bank and CC info. Then the limits vanish, not sure if it works the same outside the united states.
