Visuals are pretty damn good from what I've seen/read/heard.

It's a PC screen since it's using a keyboard prompt. But yeah Twitter compression is absolutely awful, I think that's what's happening.

I'm really curious how someone might actually implement this as gameplay.

I think it's admirable that COD's trying to cover a serious moment in their games without resorting to a mere cutscene, but I'm sure it can be done better.
