Square-Enix announced Final Fantasy Explorers would get a demo several weeks ago, but we finally have a date: Nov. 14, aka this Friday.
This demo will cover the prologue, and apparently, has all major features from the final game (including 4 player online multiplayer).
It includes 2 battles against summons (Iffrit and Shiva), some jobs and equipments. As announced previously, you can transfer some stuff in the final game, including Gil (up to 5 000), Crystal Points (up to 2 000 points), items, abilities learned, and one weapon/piece of equipment from every category.
However, some stuff won't be transferrable: story progress, character info, original abilities, option settings, jobs, friendly monsters, accessories, black list or Soul and Demon stones.
Finally, here's some new gameplay videos from Famitsu:
Video 1 (character creation)
Video 2 (some basic quests)
Video 3 (battle against a dragon)
Video 4 (battle against Iffrit)
Video 5 (battle against Shiva)
Video 6 (Cloud and Lightning)
