Kind of hard to get excited if they can't even clearly talk what the game is about... or show a damn screenshot.

This announcement is kind of pointless considering it amounted to "we're making a new game but we can't tell you anything about it yet, like not even a proof of concept".

One of the most exciting things to come from the conference. I like the look of the characters we have seen glimpses or and the gameplay sounds really appealing.

There main problem is it's free-to-play and seems to be online only. I'm not super interested in online multiplayer and not in co-op online games at all. Hopefully I can just play alone a la something like Warframe.

Nice to see console devs experimenting with F2P. The description makes me think of Lara Croft and the guardian of light.

If it's like NAMCO's other games, then the main problem will be that it's not F2P in the same way that Warframe is F2P. NAMCO's game tend to have a system where you have to pay to play it. By that I mean something like Tekken where you have coins or tickets that allow you to play matches. You can earn more through various ingame accomplishments, by buying more with real money or by waiting an hour which will net you more coins. So you can't just play for as long as you want due to those restrictions.

I didn't think Nintendo Direct announcements could get more vague than FE x SMT's powerpoint presentation. But here we are.

Today's Nintendo Direct wasn't that bad.

Maybe not I guess. Also forgot to put for me in there. None of the 3DS stuff excited me. I've already seen most of it and don't play Fire Emblem. Splatoon and Xenoblade X were absolutely incredible though.

It was just the one other new thing (in the US stream) that I didn't know about. So to me it is very exciting because of what it may be.
