Realistically, a May release date isn't out of the question.

If they announce it at GDC in March, that would still give the devs at KojiPro 2 months worth of time to polish, finish and mass produce the game for retail. That is also plenty of time to get the word out about it [not that marketing of any kind is really even necessary].

Plus, the 05/05/2015 = V/V/201V is too cool of a marketing gimmick to pass up. Which is more eye-catching - the "V" being integrated into the actual release date or something boring like 09/16/2015?

Throwing my 300th post here because it's METAL GEAR. I've doubts we get a release date next week, but I still want to believe.

Also, can I be added on the hype train??
