Cant wait for this game, hopefully its good. Reminds me of last of us/uncharted and those two are my favorite games.

Off topic, but since I just got another ps4 would anyone be interested in buying my pick 1 of 4 bundle code, I don't need it.

Maybe you need to give it time. I can't relate to the sentiment at all though. I remember when I was playing Beyond. It took me like half way through the game to even remember it was rendered with black bars, that's how much I didn't notice/didn't care. Maybe sit closer to the TV, so it fills your view vertically as much as you're used to by sitting farther away with full screen games?

Lol, that's pretty poor form on the games part. Still, with roughly 18 chapters, even if a few were really short, the game could still easily clock in at around 10 hours. Which is the only confirmed time we have for a completion so far (via Verendus).

Yeah I am curious as to how much exploring that guy is doing or if he's just sprinting through the game. That can drastically change your playtime.

I wouldn't call it nonsense but we're still jumping to conclusions on game length based on partial information.

Let's wait for an actual completion time before we write it off as woefully short. I have no idea how long the first 5 or last 9 chapters are.

How long did it take the streamer to get from chapter 1 to chapter 5? How long will it take him to get from 9 to the end of the game? It doesn't tell us anything concrete about the length of the game other than a couple of chapters are short.

It's just more extrapolation based on limited information.

I don't want to go into the spoiler thread but does the person have a completion time or are we talking about time it's taken to complete certain chapters?

That's the big question. No one said the game can't be 10 hours or more long but calling it "nonsense" is not the right word.

Another one just said it's true.

You are judging the length of the whole game from some chapters? That's not how it works. There will be hours long chapters and then there will be some that will be shorter than usual. Resident Evil 4 and The Evil Within had similar style of play and both are lengthy games.

As glad as I am that they are not doing what other teams do and start selling us DLC before the game is out, season pass this and that. If this game is 10-12 hours long, it would be huge if they had a 5 hour continuation of the story for $10.

Not saying he is lying,I am taking about claiming something is short base on a few short chapters.

I watched just those three chapters via stream:
two of them are just story driven chapters with a big thing happening on them, makes sense that they're short.

Sony has been surprisingly decent when it comes to such stuff. Not surprised to see the same in The Order and Bloodborne.

I don't think they have even mentioned the concept of story continuation DLC.

And in the spoiler thread you said "Post it in the screenshots thread" with the same emote, but you couldn't wait so you did it yourself. You knew exactly what you were doing.
