I have yet to receive an email. I got mine a week early for pre ordering it. When they had the special and it came with Little Deviants.

I never had a US Vita but I got the email to my US PSN email address. I think I'd used my japanese launch vita with my US account I guess so it must have been registered there. Not going to say no to $25 PSN credit, but I'll wait until others have logged in, that website is odd looking.

Got one a little bit ago. It certainly does appear a little janky, but I've participated in many other settlements like this where the websites look like an afterthought. They're made quickly and cheaply to serve the purpose of the firm, Sony, whoever.

Edit: not saying it's trustworthy, of course-- just that piece of shit websites tied to these things isn't necessarily a red flag by itself.

if it's legit it's more likely the web page broke and that's just the interface for the admin login. there's zero chance they would allow you to log in with your psn account from a third party web site

I don't think that's how it works. Someone could potentially walk into a store and purchase a launch Vita right now.

It seems that as long as the Vita was registered within the specified time, I think it's automatically applicable-- it seems to be tied to our PSN accounts, which would obviously tell them when we first registered a Vita and the emails they're sending these out to.

Unless proof of purchase will be required after registering and applying for the settlement via this site (and that's entirely plausible), then even those who had a used Vita tied to their account before the specified end date are eligible for the compensation.
