It's honestly just kind of shitty. It's kind of like Diablo without any stats or loot or...anything. Only thing really cool about it is you get to play as several characters besides just Finn and Jake, but it's still not much of anything. I don't know, maybe for $8 it might be worth it, but it was a pretty huge disappoint to me, especially after the very solid first game.

Wow it's so so bad it doesn't have a trophy guide on PS3tropies.org (and every game has a guide there) and the forum is complaining about freezing issues. Thank you for saving me $8.

Thanks for posting that! I can't get to the sites.
Pretty crummy for us PS4 only owners. No biggie.

That list is super incomplete. They keep adding to it as they find more stuff.

That said I don't think PS4 is going to have a lot of stuff, it seems like it's mostly old PS3 games.

Silent Hill Origins? I can't remember if I played that or not, I know it got a PS2 port but I'm drawing a blank. Of course, none of the Silent Hill stuff is compatible with the PS TV so I guess it doesn't matter anyway (fuck you Konami, Sony, or whoever)

I've been thinking about getting that Lone Survivor game, so I'll probably grab that for $2.

Driver '76 (PSP): $4

GTA: Chinatown Wars, Liberty City Stories, & Vice City Stories (all PSP): $5 each

How is Insect Armageddon? Never played an EDF game before but they have always looked fun. Or should I go with 2025?

Not having played it myself, I believe that Insect Armageddon is considered a poor entry in the series by fans of the other EDF games. IA was developed by a different studio, and supposedly lacks the charm and fun of the other entries in the series.

SH Origins is pretty decent. a bit short. a mish mash of SH1 with more SH2 feel... no real connection with the main char, but he realy is just a "silent" type of passive player in the story.

Uncharted: Golden Abyss $5,40.

Thanks for the heads up, I'll look into 2025 then.

Shame they didn't put the PS4 version of SW4 in the sale. I got it cheap physically a while back and it is pretty fantastic.

Does Silent Hill Origins play on the Vita? How is the game btw?

Thanks for the heads up, I'll look into 2025 then.

I played 2025, and that game was super fun. Definitely recommended if you like campy giant monster / kaiju movies, and arcade-style gameplay. The framerate was a bit smoother on the 360 version than the PS3 version, but EDF games have never been the most technically-sound games to begin with - they're just very "videogamey" for lack of a better term, in a great way.

Might pick of Warriors Orochi for Vita. For $20 the amount of content kind of justifies it right?
Yes. Especially at $20.

I forget as it's been ages since I bought any PS3 stuff from the US store - is the process for buying internationally (I'm in the UK) the same as on PS4? i.e.:

- Add US PSN credit purchased from Amazon/elsewhere to US PSN account.
- Sign into said US account on PS3. Use credit to buy games. Download games.
- Sign into main (UK) account on same PS3. Play newly purchased PS3 games.

Is that right?

Oh yeah, so The Warriors is PS TV compatible, very tempted to get that. I just need to know if it's a good port. That game was awesome.

Sorry to ask but it's 12PM PST for the flash sales, yes?

Generally it's 2pm PST for 'finalized' sales / updates, but things start updating earlier.

Batman: Arkham Origins Blackgate (Vita) is $5

Steam Amnesia -- i have no idea if i already bought this or not.

Driver '76 (PSP): $4

GTA: Chinatown Wars, Liberty City Stories, & Vice City Stories (all PSP): $5 each

Can someone tell me about Driver '76 PSP? Worth it?

The hell!? The Warriors had a PSP version? Had no idea. Is it a good port and is it PS TV compatiable? Does anyone know?

The Warriors is a fantastic game and the psp version is also fantastic. Plays well on vita, I own it and have played it (originally beat on ps2). i do not know if it plays on pstv.

The game is a wise investment for any fan of beat 'em ups or the film, it's probably my favorite movie tie in game of all time, well, maybe along with The Thing. The boot screen alone will give any fan of the film the feels. Original actors reprised their roles.

Gameplay wise it's not as robust as later rockstar games, but it's still fantastic. You go through various areas, avoiding cops, ripping off cars (not to drive, for radio/etc), bopping other gangs, tagging up hidden spots to unlock bonus stuff... it's got older style beat em up combat, obviously, but it holds up well. Highly recommended, it's just a great game.
