I Would Like to Point out that they aren't just selling their systems in the US, if they're going by the "Only US matters" Mind set as someone else noted but their system is available in other countries as well

A bit unrelated but iOS has WAY more games than the 3DS but I would never say that there's anything as good on iOS as the Nintendo exclusive games on the 3DS. Overall, there still may be a reason as to why a person feels a certain console has a better lineup of games regardless of quantity. They're just very shortsighted comparisons in my opinion.

Problem with talking quality is that there is subjectiveness in that. What you may really be excited for I could care less about. For example several people are excited about Bloodborne. And from what i understand it seems to even meet their expectations. I could care less about it. Should it now not be counted when I list it just cause it's not something I'm interested in?

Now of course if we are talking about if you are looking at the list to see which console you should buy, of course it matters a lot more on which has more games you are interested in.

Iirc theres still Fable Legends coming out and Ori and the blind forest released recently. So its not THAT sparse as there are some digital games releasing.

That's a little misleading then honestly. But at least it explains why it looks so sparse. I would be curious what the list of total exclusive (including coming to PC too) games on xbox one is to total coming to PS4.

If someone posts a list of ALL Titles releasing in the digital space as well (including console debuts), on both consoles, that list for Xbox One is going to only look more sparse. Or at least the difference in games released on both platforms is simply going to grow larger in that list.


Here is a link to the list you wanted. When I look at this site for the number of upcoming exclusive games for both consoles, Retail and Digital Exclusives including releases on PC, the numbers are:

PS4 with 23 upcoming exclusives
Xbox one with 7 upcoming exclusives

I wouldnt call it misleading since it says in large text that the list only contain games at retail releasing in 2015. For the digital games not included on the xbox side they also arnt being included on the PS side.

Your best bet would be to go to

Or a wiki which contains games for each specific platform.

It's not misleading. If digital (indie) games were included as well, it would be even more skewed towards PS4.

Dang... so where is this "PS4 has no games" complaint coming from anyways?! I mean I knew it was a little exagerated and way overfocused on exclusives (after all I didn't buy my PS4 for exclusives anyways) but I didn't realize that complaint was that ridiculous. After looking at that list, unless they are just complaining about this gen in general not having games, it is really ridiculous they target PS4 only with that complaint.

Nah, those people are just trolling and Kagari has made her displeasure known several times about anyone who does the "no gamez" comment. Just report those people to the mods and watch their accounts go poof.

Yeah but you see it in a lot of places, not just here. Well, at least now I have something to counter if I feel like replying to something like that (as I said, before I wasn't paying much attention to what was coming out on xbox and didn't really care too much about the PS4 exclusives so usually just attributed it to people who didn't care for the PS4 exclusives like me, I buy my consoles for third party mostly. But with that big of a difference, there really is no meat to that argument).
