Dat Xbox One selling better at the same time then the 360. Good stuff.

Nobody touches the Wii.

It also shows the PS3 performed way better than it was perceived. It just goes to show how much an impact launching a console a whole year after the competition can sometimes be.

Who cares? Sometimes people have to bring in a bench warmer to finish up what the starters couldn't do.

Score board is the results. And right now, like the Wii last gen, the PS4 is kicking everyone's ass in console sales.

Actually, the more accurate analogy would be that MS overworked their star player (price cut + heavy bundling) and now he is injured just as the pennant race is heating up, while Sony has not even have to bring out Mariano Rivera to shut things down.

I'm a Mets fan but still appreciate this analogy.

Not really. This holiday period should be interesting. The pennant race isn't even close to be started. We're not even at the all star break yet.

Did you read what he said, no wait, did you even the title? Not that I agree with the assessment, but its alarming that it took 11 pages and a tweet before anyone understood the discussion. Its obvious PS4 is ahead by far, but AR/VR may change things and he still predicts PS4 by end of the "console war" but just by a nose and not the landslide we see today. Not many will agree, but not as crazy of a comment as everyone made it out to be.
Yeah, the AR who will cost more than X1 is going to change everything. A shame my company does not hire you as their marketing analyst.

But wouldn't listing all games further skew the list in PlayStation's favor?

Showing the full picture is better than showing a skewed one.

Also that list is pointless for the Xbox One right now because E3 is next month, where is MS is going to show off more games than what are announced.

Why will it be interesting? They already tried doing the price cut strategy, and while it may have won them 2 months (and not by huge amounts) in the states, worldwide it didn't help, so why would another holiday be any different, one that will have considerably more competition for Microsoft than the last one.?

Oh dear, more of this "preseason" talk...

Preseason? How could we be in preseason? PS4 is dominating the dojo. I've never said any different. And they deserve to.

The post I said was something along the line of "Dat X1 selling better than the 360..." Then a couple people had a problem with that I guess.

PS4 is kicking ass by way more than a nose in console sales. Just like the Wii did last gen.

So will the other guy. Now what we don't know is the difference :p

So Sony not gonna announce any more games this year? How about Nintendo since you seem to know a lot.

Uhmm.. maybe because the X1 has Halo coming and Forza and Tomb Raider... and that should keep it way ahead of the pace of the 360 sales.

Interesting to see some of you guys trying to twist my comments here. Interesting in fact. Why do you guys seem so upset that I'm cheering on the X1 to sell better than the 360?

You don't think those 3 exclusives there are going to keep the X1 ahead of the 360 same time frame? Those games should make for some interesting sales. No?
