Now that Batman Arkham Knight has a photo mode, let's start sharing those pictures!
Props to anyone who can get a snapshot of lightning.

I'll start:

for a game that looks as good as it does, these photos are really a step back from how it looks. I'm not insulting the photos, but the mode itself seems like its lacking

Yea, I'm not a fan of the compression you get from using the Share button.

Could use a bit of contrast boost, or color correction of some kind -- but I thought I may as well get the raw screen (with DOF) and edit from there if I so desire.

I'm still waiting to get this game, so correct me if I'm wrong, but why does it look like Arkham Knight has this grainy film effect on every screenshot I'm looking at (not just on this thread). Even in motion, there seems to be a weird grainy/dotty filter? Or not?

God. I hope they give the option to setting off this fucking chromatic aberration with a patch. It really hurt the IQ in this game. This horrible tech needs to dead.

Yeah there is, kinda drives me nuts. Plus there are just some items that are always blurry for some reason like the Batsuit in Wayne Tower...its like you can never get the camera to focus on it.

I challenge you NeoGAF! Remake this epic cover.

For anyone trying, the best bet is probably to

1. Drop down on an enemy (preferably one on a rooftop) from directly above
2. Mash the attack button while falling to initiate the midair attack

That's the only move I can imagine that would put Batman in that pose high enough above the ground to get such a shot. You'll also have to get really lucky with the lightening — not sure what portion of the game has the most occurring.

why does everything look so blurry? Is that one of the effects missing from the PC version?

edit: Maybe it's the grain or something I don't know. It doesn't look nearly as clean as those PC shots.
