Would cop this in the heart beat cause I just love pre-loading shit early like 3weeks before release lol...but before I do that I'm facing same dilemma with multi plats as always, need to know on which console this looks/runs the smoothest first.
Any official word from any source?
No word. Only PS4 has been shown I believe.
The XB1 version of Unity marginally outperformed the PS4 version.

So they can't compress stuff and people are complaining about the usual, "Why so many gigs, why can't MS/Sony give us more!" Just delete the games you have not played in a while, or buy an external hard drive. Do you guys remember how it used to be last gen? They will add more space with newer versions and by 2016-2017, when the slim version comes out it will probably have around 2-3TB.

Looking to preorder AC: Syndicate, and want to make sure I get the most pre-order DLC available. Is there more offered for free if I go for PS4 vs. Xbox One?
Actually you can get refunds from even US stores if you buy them from UK since it depends on where the product is brought from when you are buying digital games.SInce the place of purchase takes precedence now.
Now this wouldn't work on PSN since an NA account would require you to put a North American address and it's impossible to put a british address in it. But it is certainly possible in case of Xbox as far as I know since you can simply change there gion while keeping your original address.
Yeah, this isn't accurate. You can change region to US, but to purchase you need a US address on your account and US payment details (or use a US address on Amazon to buy a US Xbox voucher).

Lol. Wouldn't argue with that. AC: Unity's last patch out of 3 was something like 14-15 GB from what I remember. Hopefully Ubisoft has a product this time that doesn't require such a large patch to address what would be considered an buggy, unfinished game.
Previews look good, and 40 GB is doable considering that the previous installment was ~ 50 GB
Do you need to have US address on your xbox account (while purchasing the game, not while redeeming the voucher) if you buy an xbox voucher from amazon ?

What's stopping one from redeeming the amazon voucher, revering the address and then using the money from the voucher to buy things?

That's still $80-$100 bucks above and beyond the console investment. It wouldn't be so bad if you didn't have to install discs. But come on, these guys couldn't add a 1tb hard drive? 4 full games and you start to push the limit of a 500gb HDD. But instead the costs are pushed to consumers. Sony doesn't allow external drives, MS doesn't allow internal drives etc.

Yep Thursday morning my paperwork says. Also, unless my eyes were deceiving me, day one patch was only around 500mb. I'll have to double check.
