Yep, it's never accurate to generalize. While many older games are borderline unenjoyable, there are plenty which aged gracefully.
Usually what I found out is that early 3D games age bad, not only visually but also in gameplay. 2D, strategy, sport games on the other hand have much higher chances of being still good.

Yeah, her "Hey look, I'm the generic sexy character!" stage entrance animation also doesn't help to make her feel more interesting.

I like the art style of Malebolgia. Got too much on my plate atm so I'm not going for it, but looks nice.

After the last 2 reveals and the leak, my hype for the game died. Especially after learning that Karin doesn't have a Tekken style counter -- something I was saying I'd like to see on a character in the SFV roster (and being told that Karin had that in Alpha so she may be worth checking out).
Sure, it still has one of my main's, but waiting on the last new fighter and last classic character, I'm sure they'll be disappointing as well to me... I was already considering a refund and looking into cheaper options when the game released (gmg/nuuvem/whatever) but all of my dwindling hype told me to just refund it now.
Knowing some of my preferences when it comes to gaming, I was mainly looking at it on PC because that's where my current fight stick would work, though I'd probably prefer to have it on PS4 for trophy earning potential since online is the same either way. :\
Anyway, hope this beta is better than the last for you folks who are in.

Ryu and Abel have two of the worst in that gallery... The Juri harlequin one is sort of hit/miss for me.
Curious to see what Ken's is... tempted to grab that even if I haven't been active on USF4 in quite some time just for the Cody costume.

It looks like a Mad Catz PS4 controller that has a second trigger for r1/r2 on the face so that you get the 6 buttons for capcom fighters? that's actually not bad... I'd probably grab one of those since it'd work on PS4/PC most likely and allow me to play the game if I got it on PS4 without having to buy a new fight stick.
If it shows up as dinput or xinput when connected to PC as a USB controller, it should be compatible. Mad Catz stuff has worked on PC before (my TE fightstick is a 360 stick that's been dual modded for PS3...)

I only just realised I could get a Steam key for rFactor using the order number from my online purchase of it from way back in 2007. Nice! Will install and mod the hell out of it for science and nostalgia.
Must've put well over a thousand hours into rFactor over the years. Online league racing with my Belgian sim racing buddies was the time of my life.

Seriously guys, if you pick up Contradiction in the bundle, play it. Decent game. It takes a while to get used to the keyboard only control interface though.
