Not everyone perceives framerate drops either. I can't count how many times before a game released that some poster says the same shit, claiming they barely see any drops. The game then comes out and has tons of drops and runs less than ideal. It happens far too much on all forums.from /r/fallout

Pretty much every third party multiplatform game ran better on 360 unless it was mainly designed for the PS3 like FF13 or LA Noire. Part of that was because the PS3 was more difficult to develop for. Shouldn't be as much of an issue this gen.
I won't say it's perfect. When the shit hits the fan it will have frame drops. I was being attacked by a bunch of ghouls and I'm pretty sure it wasn't a smooth 30 when that happened. But for the most part, yes.

Bethesda is shit, TBH. This is to be expected. I love everything about their games except the way they look, play and perform. Excellent games marred by severe technical issues, atrocious models and animation and the most rigid input and movement systems of any games I've played in the past decade.
It blows my mind how their game elements and ideas are outstanding then when they go to put it all together and execute nobody has a fucking clue how.

The point is it's more substantial evidence showing it has a shitty indoor framerate than someone's word with no evidence to back it up. People have been burned far to often by people who claim games have solid framerate when in reality they don't. I'd bet the inverse happens in less than 3% of cases. We will know soon enough regardless.
I haven't seen anything like this from other videos/streams either. Really hoping DF has a comparison tomorrow.

Pretty much sums it up for me. It's mind boggling to me to think that they get 90+ metascore (which I agree with), but they could be so much better. Better writers, better animations and graphics, and they could easily be so much better than they are.
One of the FIRST leaked gameplay videos was of the game freezing for a brief moment on the XB1 last week a few times. No one made a thread about it.

There's plenty of videos with.stable framerate out there its not just someone's word which means we have conflicting reports which is.why I say wait

To be more level-headed about this situation, I've been watching streams and posted videos from the other topic. Some had FPS drops, and some didn't. Obviously some weren't in the same area as this guy, so it's hard to quantify if it's a particular spot or effect causing framerate issues.
In any case, if you are worried, just don't open that package until you see more definitive proof. Or if you were like me and preordered on the PSN, well....

Game embargoes so close to release should have every website up in arms. Yet you don't see IGN, Gamespot, Eurogamer, Kotaku, Destructoid and the others complaining even if this is delibarate in order to sell more games to an uninformed public. I think I'm gonna throw up. This industry is a real joke thanks to its young and gullible buyers. But also thanks to reviewers with no backbone that basically bend over and take it deep just for a chance to play the new hot shit before others.
