Way better than any of those.
I think this is one of the best character creator in RPGs in years. I'd say it's comparable to Black Desert, except the hair and body modification.
That's awesome, but they didn't mess with the bodies.
Is there no customization option for the body?

I got the SPECIAL book and need to allocate a point. I have two options as far as I can tell
1) put it endurance to get life giver then I can get chem resistant with the bobble head ( may work well since I have chemist in my intelligence tree )
2) put it in agility to get mister sandman then get action boy with a bobble head later. This would work well with my night person perk I get with bobble head and I did enjoy vats in fallout 3
