Depends on what you're playing, what you want to play, how much you're buying for, etc.

But yes, most people are very happy with 970, so it's not a bad card to upgrade to, thought if a 7950 is the card with 3GB VRAM, I'm not sure how much of an upgrade you're really getting overall.

So Steam added the Chilean Peso. Some games are cheaper, some games are more expensive and I haven't seen any good price error.

Consider Crysis 3, Battlefield 4 (campaign) or The Vanishing of Ethan Carter.

Those are probably the most graphically impressive games I've played.

The game renders an entire second terrain, textured, below the ground so you can't fall through. It's only present outdoors.
