Knack 1 is a pretty fun game. It's biggest mistake is marketing it as platformer when the game is really more of an action game like God of War.
I think Knack 2 with more focus on platformer/exploratio could be much better received since the character Knack himself can have interesting powerset if they explore it much further than simple hack and slash powerup.

It is supposedly one of the games that will take advantage from PS4 Neo. I wouldnt be surprised if they re-announce it at this E3.
Just because it sounds awesome to you does not mean it's not divisive.

These elements are typically divisive on their own. Having them all in one game = a divisive game. The Last of Us got a lot of flack for basically having 3 of those elements already when it was first announced/revealed, the game being by ND and showing off really well when the gameplay was revealed is what stopped the complaining and stopped the game from being too divisive.
Sony Bend doesn't have the same pedigree as ND, and have to basically knock it out of the park when they present the game to get the people who generally have a problem with any of these elements on board, and there are a lot of these people out there.
As long as they keep local co-op in, don't mess with the Hard difficulty setting (felt it was perfect), don't simplify the combat and keep the dodge/air-dodge in, I'm cool with any changes they make.
He never said it will be at E3 tho, just indicated that its beeing made
I doubt they will announce that at the E3 keynote

Knack: Evolved could be quite good. The big/small mechanic was really cool, they need to build on that as well.

Verendus leaked/hinted at this originally in 2013.
In 2014, he said Sony was doing some type of crossover game. Then in 2015, he didn't close the door on it, but said it had changed a bit in the direction he thought it had, and it appears had a bit of development issues.
He even responded to someone in 2015 saying "so it will take 2 years before we get that brawler" and he said he didn't know if it would take THAT long, so if that game is real, unless I missed something, you would think now would be the time to reveal it.

Just got me a new 4K tv a couple weeks ago. Bring on the PS4K info!!!!
I imagine development will always be rocky for thee sort of cross over games.
Seems like something that would be revealed at a PSX event, celebrating PlayStation and all that. I hope they have a solid dev making it, I really enjoyed the music and stages in the last game but felt everything else was weak and the gameplay being just ok.

What Microsoft is doing with Killer Instinct seems pretty awesome (I haven't played it or anything), with dropping some of their I am characters into an established franchise.
A collaboration between Sony and Capcom to make a new Power Stone with some Sony characters would be great.
I'd be all over that like Oprah Winfrey on a baked ham.

Power Stone seems like a really weird formula to pick for that kind of game...
That being said, taking advantage of that SFV partnership and making a PlayStation vs Capcom would mark my first purchase of a non-NRS fighting game.

I believe this year will be the same. The show will open with Dead Don't Ride and end with God of War 4, or vice versa. Normally I would assume GoW4 would be the closer, but the concept art leaks might have changed that.
In between we'll see:
- new Star Wars game
- Call of Duty IW gameplay segment
- Destiny DLC/expnasion trailer
- TLG trailer w/ release date
- new FF7 Remake footage
- Dreams w/ beta release date
That's already an amazing show, and the rest I cannot predict with any confidence

Who are you to say it's a waste of resource? I know a lot people want a Knack sequel, and just because the game doesn't carter to ur gaming taste doesn't mean it sucks.

Knack as a character is pretty cool and so are his special powers.
They just need to get rid of the old fixed camera, add actual platforming and exploration to the mix, a higher level of challenge and more powers for Knack and there is the potential to make a great sequel.
Of course they wouldn't make a simple more of the same of the original which wasn't really appreciated by the critics if they greelighted a sequel.

It didn't. It outsold 3D World during PS4's launch week in the UK, like you said. That's it.
That game has been so quiet. That will be more TGS I'm suspecting, though a spot at the conference would be cool!

So with the Persona 5 delay, my request was largely ignored, so I'll ask again. Anyone else thinks this GIF should be remade? More than half of the games in the GIF have been released.

As for GOW4, I'm expecting a gameplay demo like Ascension with a release date within the first half of 2017.
