Re:Zero 14

Here I was hoping that Subaru would be shook from the verbal beatdown from Emilia last episode but nah he just doubles down on his shitty idiocy

Once again all the other candidates are more interesting then Emilia as well

Not liking where Rems character is going either

You can see Nagisa parent manage to shed some tear for their daughter as they didn't have the time to do it as they need to take care of .

It's amazing for a show to give the parents actual character development, as well as the main characters. Absolutely amazing scene and very touching:

Why Sanae is amazing
"I had an important job to do, I couldn’t cry.
I had to raise Ushio in a way that would make Nagisa proud.
But I‘m grateful I had that; Because I had her here, I
Never lost sight of myself."

Why Akio is amazing otside of his highlight episode at the end of S1:

“It’s okay now. You did well. You can cry now.”

A fun episode. You manage to found out Ushio teacher is actually Kyou who we know is Tomoya friend. A small world I have to say. Kinda nice to see them reconnect back once more in their life and talk a bit.

Seeing more of Fuuko here as now she become Ushio friend which is fun to watch here. I guess stuff I use to like from Fuuko in the 1st season is here right now. It's actually okay to see here once a while and kinda miss her a bit when she didn't come in much in season 2 till now.

Also, Ushio manage to walk to the new hospital which is the same place where Nagisa was bring by her dad who wish for god to save her from death. I don't know if she know this at all but somehow she like going there. I guess this might become more important later on.

Also, seeing Tomoya getting ready for sport day is fun to watch as he literally want to be the best day for his daughter. Unfortunately, this stall when Ushio got sick and it doesn't look good now. I just hope they don't let her die from it as it might be too much for me if it's

I haven't watched this in a month but I still remember everything!

The first 5 minutes, no hyperbole is Nakamura and Kusoga holding hands and walking through scenery with zero dialogue. I almost thought the entire episode would be just that. Later its just Kasuga walking to school for two minutes the same way. It's so UNCOMFORTABLE.

That was such a goddamn amazing sequence.

I have nothing else to add. I just don't think I'll ever forget that (and what happened before). This series will forever be one of my favorites.

Damn it....why that happen....are you trying to get the audience more depress now.

Sigh....Ushio have the same sickness like her mom and it look like it didn't look good for her. I guess seeing this once more is enough to freak Tomoya as it mean he might lost the only thing which connect him with his wife.

Kinda sad to see how Tomoya become happy with this child and now, he might lost it for good. Those special time he have might be gone.....unfortunately, life doesn't play nice and this come down to the sad conclusion when Ushio either pass out or die. Just too much for him.

Now, it look like we have some sort of flashback of the past. I guess it might give Tomoya a chance to change this whole story which might be good or bad as we don't know where it will from here.

Okada Gundam 07

Amida can punish me anytime.

I thought Lafter's name was spelled Laughter. I had to do a double take. So much sexual tension between her and Mikazuki before their fight was stopped I thought one of them was going to go overboard with a cheap shot, lmao

Need a little assistance there, Kudelia?

BIG mistake there by Maruba to admit there was a program of experimentation on the kids. I'm hoping that Orga or Mikazuki punch his lights out. Shooting him cold-blooded could be too easy unlike their previous superior officers back on Mars.

Sorry for the newb question...which Gundam is this from. Why is this called Okada?

Man everything still comes hard and fast. Subaru killing Emilia was not expected at all, Betelgeuse freaking out about his hands, Puck about to fuck everyone up. Confirms the whale is actually capable of erasing your existence after it kills you. But why did it not kill Subaru? Also did I mention its a fucking flying whale?

Color me surprised, that was better than expected, especially the end was really good.

I really like the main cast, their interactions and the soundtrack. The action ranges from servicable to pretty good.
The biggest problem so far really is that the world-building is pretty lackluster. There are hints here and there about some deeper mysteries going on in the background, but there's no real plot besides 'go and fight those things'.
Well maybe next episode will shed some light, not that boss-thingy appeared.

JohnBlade, I know you watched the final episode, post if your ok buddy.

I just watched ep.21/22 again as well, then listened to The Girls Fantasy and The Palm of a Tiny Hand a couple times as well...

Twin Star Exorcists #16

Intense episode. I'm fully satisfied.

Probably my favorite episode out of anything that has aired this season so far... What an episode..

Maturity, bitches.
I'll be honest. I was really really close to including that fart show in the OP.

Actually I lie.

What I was close to doing was making it the only show in the OP.

Baccano 4-6

This show is very good at 5 things: Making it's story very captivating, making me theorize how the following events will transpire, its characterization, the dub and killing people off in the most brutal of ways.

So yeah, 6 episodes in, I'm enjoying myself very much right now.

I skipped this initially because I thought some characters were a little too goofy. Is the dub really that good in maximizing the characters?

The dub's great. Between the authentic Chicago and New Yark accents and the 30's slang, it's very immersive and I honestly can't imagine watching it subbed.

I was honestly expecting the whole idea of an AI idol to be pretty dumb, but I really like where this is going. And I haven't decided if I hate Isamu or Guld more. However, Guld got a cool scene this time... I think I'll remain neutral to this love triangle though.

Fate Kaleid Liner PRISMA ILLYA 3rei!! 04

Yay we got to see Saber Lily! Second best Saber after Nero Saber. Oh and I guess there was mana sharing in this episode.

Um...I don't know what to say right now for the ending. In a way, they is something I will post about it as it's something I hate to see as it's a cheap way to get out the situation. I am going through the other two episode right now but this is weird feeling right now so...I hold out till I get them through here.

Does the rest of the show have such nice roll credits though?

That was good. It would've been really good if it was the actual ending. I liked the part with Rem crawling on the ground but didn't her body get all fucked up and twisted around? Or did she heal that

the storyboard work was sick.
subaru was still annoying.
the story was a little less boring.

Yeah the storyboard was improved that's true. It was a better looking episode, but I expected something more after the way people talked about it and now I'm just kinda confused.

Gotcha.

It was built up and foreshadowede from the first episode until the end. All of the little things mattered in the end down the music. I love the way they tied everything together and carried the theme of the show perfectly until the closing credits.

More like it was built up as a true ending reward scenario for 100% completion of the VN. :p

Well...where do we go from this episode. So many things can say about this episode but I will keep is simple as I will write a massive impression about this season later. Overall feeling for the ending is fine. The whole beginning scene where you see the little girl and the robot is actually foreshadowing few things which now make sense once everything is put together. Kinda surprise to get it much sooner than I expect but have to say, it's a very interesting to watch it.

The scene where Tomoya take back to the beginning where he met Nagisa is touching as he keep wishing to never met her at that time so he doesn't have to suffer what he have to get through. Even with the 2nd wish, he still want to be with her no matter what. Eventually it take you to the point of the story which might be good or bad depend on how you want it to end. Basically, the point where if Nagisa didn't die from giving birth. I don't really hate this method as we kinda want a happy ending which it happen here (spoiler alert: they live normally and have a nice girl who is doing well). Still, do wanna see how Tomoya will be after the 2nd incident and he can in anywhere handle this pain. I guess we have fan fiction for this.

Overall, it's a good show and might be now in my favorite show to watch collection. As for the side story....um, it look like the typical slice of life style episode which we saw in the series. Will get it done but won't post the other 2 episodes because of it as they isn't much to say unless they is something.

Yup, this is true. I will stop posting much now as I am still watching. I will need few days to write the big impression of the series. I guess from there we can discuss (and maybe hate me) of what I think about the show. They're issue I have with this show which I want to discuss about it.

Okay....I lied a bit. The last episode isn't like the typical slice of life stuff we see in the show but a summary of what have happen to the 2 main characters as telling the story to Ushio. Still watching it but liking it a bit so far.

I mean, why place any faith in populist western anime fandom?
