I know there is a thread about Dead Rising beeing up on the PC, but this details the other ones too, on all platforms

EDIT:
$50 pre-order price only, $60 after release.

Dead Rising, Dead Rising 2 and Dead Rising 2: Off the Record will be available to purchase as individual download titles on September 13th for EUR 19.99 / GBP 15.99 / USD 19.99. All three titles are also available as a “Dead Rising Triple Pack” preorder bundle for Xbox One and PlayStation 4 for EUR 49.99 / GBP 39.99 / USD 49.99.

2016 is the year of Dead Rising and what better way to celebrate the 10th Anniversary of the series than to re-live the classic zombie outbreaks. Dead Rising, Dead Rising 2 and Dead Rising 2: Off the Record will be coming to Xbox One and PlayStation 4 for digital download on September 13th, 2016 across Europe and North America. The original Dead Rising will also be available on Steam as a digital download. What a time to be undead!

All three titles will return to take advantage of the current gen hardware systems, bringing the hilarious horror up to a gory-ous 1080p at 60 fps. Each new version of the game will also include all of the additional previously released DLC costumes.

Capcom also said that as of now, it has no plans to bring Case Zero and Case West to current gen

This is good, but I'm still upset about Case Zero being missing. I want to play that at 60 fps! I'll probably pick up the original from these for PC though.

Never really got to spend that much time with these titles back in the day, so these remasters are as a good time to rectify that, as any!

Excellent - only after the first, that price makes it a no brainer - when does DR4 come out?

For the love of god, as someone that got the Saint achievement....PLEASE use the DR2 AI for survivors in DR1.

Or remove the damn ledge leading to the safe room.

Booo, Case Zero is (so far) the only Dead Rising game I was able to really get into.

The small town size and length of the game made the "rewind" mechanic a lot more bearable for me.

I'm definitely getting DR1 since I never really gave that much of a chance on the 360, but I'd have loved to have the standalone DLCs on the PC as well to complete the collection.

We've entered this really odd mini-era of basic, overpriced, and under-publicized remasters, and it's super weird lol. Between MUA, Transformers, and this, it's all just weird.

Digital only? Lame.

Dead Rising is a masterpiece though. DR2 and OTR aren't quite as good, but they're still great. Wish I could get all three on a disc.

I remember seeing something about a physical release a few days ago... Any update on that before I buy the Xbox One digital versions?

This DR1 port actually has some effort put into (at a lower price to boot) as opposed to none whatsoever like Activision's garbage. Not even remotely the same.

What's the difference between DR2 and DR2:Off the Record? OTR has Frank, right? Is that it?

Both have the same setting, but OTR adds a brand-new area, a couple of new boss fights, a reworked story to accommodate the whole lack of a sick daughter, and a few new weapon combos. OTR is a what-if, while DR2 is the canonical story for the universe.

Wha?

This is half the price of those other examples and also receiving an actual update. It is nowhere near worthy of being lumped in with the Activision stuff.

In for Dead Rising 1, super happy to see it coming forward to PC and current gen, as I was worried it might be stuck on 360 forever.

The story and events from day to day play out differently, there's some new boss fights and one new area.

I thought I recall something weird about the first game not having properly inverting Y-axis during photomode (even though it was chosen in the options). Was that fixed? Put me off the game pretty much, even though I loved it otherwise.

DR1 getting 5 save slots is great if it works like DR2 and lets you rotate. Should solve at least some of the issues people have with the timer.

Oh, I should have checked the site. It's still kinda dumb how they're releasing 1 & 2 separately on disc, but it's better than nothing.

I never played the DR games but without 3 being on PS4 too I just don't see myself grabbing these. Happy for those excited though.

CAN'T FUCKING WAIT. Here comes my Halloween games (^_______^)

VERY curious to see if they can get DR2/OTE running at a solid 60. Wasn't it a pretty CPU intensive engine?

Out of curiosity, how is the OT situation going to be handled? I think there's enough interest in the first game by itself to be spun off into its own OT at release (and it already has the perfect subtitle), but I'd understand if the mods wanted to keep all three remasters in the same thread to avoid clutter.
