I'll be able to make an informed purchasing decision on launch day. Just like every other industry that isn't gaming. What a world we live in!

I am damned excited. I played Human Revolution last year; it was my first Deus Ex game, too. Solid 8/10. If the sequel is as good or better, I'll be thrilled.

Hoping this means Digital Foundry will have a video on the game's performance before launch. I got a good price on the PS4 version, but I want to make sure it runs well.

How do we know this isn't a conspiracy by Eidos to send out review copies so early that they add a disclaimer of bugs and glitches and content that will supposedly be fixed on a day 1 patch but never are?!

IS THIS WHAT WE ASKED FOR

The review embargo ending before the release must mean that Square Enix has full confidence in the game itself. Its nice because no people can make an informed decision whether they want to purchase the game or not.

wow nice to see it has reviews pre launch

I have the CE preordered with the Best Buy GCU 20% discount so I can return it and get a regular edition if game looks disappointing. I loved the first game, so I am expecting this to be ever better (better looking environments, more powers, hopefully no bullet sponge bosses this time around) so I am buying day one regardless

Been on an almost (watched a couple of trailers) complete media black-out for this, as I trust Eidos to deliver after Dues Ex: HR, good to see they and Square are confident in their product.

Cool. I'm not 100% sure what I actually thought of Human Revolution, like I can't say if I liked it or not lol, so this is one very rare case where I actually might even read a couple of reviews. Nice to know I'll be able to make a somewhat educated decision day one.

Yeah they have shown a ton of areas in the various videos, and in detail too.

Currently polling second in Australia's federal election (first in the Gold Coast), this feral may one day be your Bogan King.
Metacritic 6.5/10 incoming.

I'm sure they're confident, I remember they didn't make too much of a fuss when HR had that big leak of the first playable hub. Did nothing but confirm the game's quality.

Hopefully (& most likely) it'll be just as good as Human Revolution was and if it's even better than that then it'll be super awesome. I was just rewatching some of the E3 demos yesterday - can't wait to play this!

Oh man, I adored Human Revolution but haven't seen a single thing about this. Can't fucking wait, gonna go in mostly blind.

Absolutely loved Human Revolution back in 2011, hoping for this one to be a worthy follow-up.

Hard for me to accept it's already been a half a decade since HR -- feels like it was maybe only two years ago in my mind.

Super excited! Possibly my most anticipated game for the remainder of 2016.

I still sometimes think that leak was intentional. So many fans of the original had found Invisible War to be terrible and here this new group was trying to revitalize the franchise with a prequel. That leak helped sell so many leery people on the game's potential.
